Marianne Osorio and Charlie Shread are the producers and directors of School Circles, and founders of Wondering School. Since 2016 they have led an independent research project on democratic education and sociocracy, visiting more than 60 innovative schools and learning communities around the world. They are both Sociocracy trainers and facilitators who have led more than 20 courses worldwide, online and in person – in India, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Brazil and UK. For the last 8 years they have participated in more than 30 Q&As about the School Circles film, and dozens of podcasts, webinars and conferences, also offering talks, courses, consulting and mentoring on Sociocracy for Schools.
